From 29 November to 6 January 2026, Cattolica will be transformed into an enchanting Forest of Light, where the magic of Christmas meets the tradition, taste and beauty of the area. A magical walk along a red velvet pathway, dotted with illuminated fir trees and aviaries, accompanies citizens and visitors under a sky of twinkling lights, among the elegant Greenhouse of Dreams, the Chalet Taste, the On Ice rink and lots of music, concerts and extraordinary events.
The king of fir trees, donated with affection by friends from the magnificent Seriana and Scalve Valleys, will stand in Piazza Nettuno. The lighting of the illuminations, on Saturday 29 November, will mark the beginning of an exciting journey into the most awaited period of the year, amidst lights, colours, and Christmas atmospheres that will make the Queen of the Adriatic even more dazzling.
With the idea of the urban forest, Cattolica invites everyone to rediscover an authentic and virtuous relationship between nature and community, between beauty and wellbeing, in a shared experience of hospitality, sustainability, and circular economy.
