It's not autumn without truffles!
The Truffle Festival in Casumaro is organized in November, right after the harvest, to pay homage to this rare and prized food.
To celebrate these flavors of the area, 2 weekends of the festival are organized at the multipurpose hall, where a warm and welcoming atmosphere frames a true gastronomic experience. The format is that of a traditional restaurant, with table service and dedicated menus that enhance the freshly harvested truffle.
During these weekends, the multipurpose room is transformed into a restaurant of excellence where our chef Cesare Paganelli offers traditional Emilian dishes enriched by the precious tuber.
From appetizer to dessert, each course is designed to enhance the unique and unmistakable flavor of the truffle, creating a culinary journey that celebrates both this "diamond of the earth" and the typical cuisine of the area.
The familiar and convivial atmosphere allows for an authentic experience, where the passion for good food is combined with the tradition of a community that has known and respected the treasures of its land for generations.
