The Pro loco of Bagno di Romagna organises the Sagra del Prugnolo (blackthorn festival), an event in which the main protagonist is the delicious spring mushroom.
Savoury and tasty, the blackthorn grows mainly in the Apennines, from April to May, and thanks to its unmistakable aroma, it is an ingredient praised by chefs and gourmets from all over Italy.
In honour of this delicious mushroom on Sunday 17 May, the food stand awaits you with tasty blackthorn dishes.
