A free shuttle service from the centre of Castrocaro Terme will take you to the Oasi Gregorina from where your visit, accessible to all, will begin. After a brief welcome moment, a yoga session designed to get in touch with nature and rediscover your own rhythm is planned.
At the end of yoga, you will be able to:
Complete the regenerating experience in nature with a guided tour together with AIGAE hiking guides.
Return to Castrocaro Terme and Terra del Sole with the free shuttle bus, without taking part in the guided tour.
A yoga mat must be brought along.
