The experience starts from the farmhouse, with a nice walk we will reach the Slow Food farmer's market in Civitella di Romagna, where we will be able to buy the ingredients for our lunch directly from the farmers.
Once back in the kitchen we will discuss together the menu to be made for lunch, aprons will be distributed and culinary tasks will be divided.
We will prepare in the farmhouse kitchen a menu, vegetarian or with local meats, consisting of mixed appetizers, first course of fresh pasta made by us, vegetables and dessert with always different preparations depending on the availability of raw materials.
After the workshop is over we will set a single table and share food and stories.
Running period: Sundays from April to October
Duration: 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Contribution: € 70 participant ( minimum 4 participants )
