The traditional feast Sagra delle sfogline, that takes place from August 27th to September 2nd 2026 in Massa Lombarda, a few km from Ravenna, is a celebration of traditional homemade pasta. The central event of the festival is the competition “gara delle sfogline” (making of pasta with the traditional rolling-pin). After this main event, the homemade pasta will be cut into ‘tagliatelle’ and it will be served with ragù (the local meat sauce) in the food hall of the feast.
