From 5th to 8th September, the town of Cervia will host the Sapore di Sale (Taste of Salt) event, now in its 28th edition.
At the heart of the entire event is the famous white gold of the Adriatic, salt, with its historical tradition, gastronomic culture, internationality, and sustainability.
Around the event a festival full of convivial moments, accompanied by meetings, cultural events, guided tours of the salt pans, exhibitions, markets, and shows, but above all the emergence of the relationship between the history of Cervia and this product, with the historic Rimessa del Sale (Salt Warehouse) and the rediscovery of ancient crafts and flavours.
